Uniflex is now looking for part-time food operators for our client Hilton Foods Sweden AB in Västerås. You will be employed by Uniflex and work on behalf of Hilton Foods in their production.

About the position

As a food operator, you will work in production on one of Hilton Foods' production lines. The tasks are varied and include, among other things:

Processing, preparation, slicing, and packaging of food
Weighing in and out of raw materials
Monitoring and handling of machinery
Performing quality and hygiene controls
Working according to established routines, goals, and safety regulations

The work takes place in a cold and noisy environment and places high demands on hygiene, accuracy, and safety. You will receive introduction and training on-site – previous experience is an advantage but not a requirement.

The position is a hourly employment and starts with approximately one week of full-time introduction, to give you the best possible conditions to get into the work. After that, scheduling will be based on the needs of the business. Working hours vary and can be scheduled for day and/or evening shifts, Sunday to Friday.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who:

Has another primary occupation of at least 51% (e.g. studies or another job)
Is meticulous, responsible, and quality-conscious
Enjoys physical work in a fast-paced environment, even when tasks are repetitive
Is flexible, resilient, and can jump in at short notice
Is a humble team player with a good work ethic
Has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

Meritorious:

Previous experience from industry, production, or warehousing
Experience from fast-food chains or similar, where you have gained routine in working quickly, accurately, and with a focus on customer experience
Forklift license A and B
Knowledge of SAP and Excel
