About home care

Humaniora home care is the municipal home care provider in Solna.

We operate between 07:00 and 22:00 divided into day and evening patrols. We have a total of six groups and have premises at Lövgatan 45 in Råsunda, Björnstigen 99 in Bergshamra, Hannebergsgatan 27B in Skytteholm, Förvaltarvägen 21 in Vasalund, Bredkilsbacken 1, and Storgatan 26 in Huvudsta.

What does the role entail?

Humaniora home care works to provide care, support, and service to our customers in their homes. The tasks include care and service efforts. The work also involves contact with the customers' relatives. There may be pets in our customers' homes as we work in their environment. We use systems such as Phoniro Care, Life Care planning, Life Care mobile care.

As a nursing assistant in home care, you are the face of Solna municipality, and it is important that you are good at prioritizing and strive to achieve high quality.

We are looking for someone who

• is a nursing assistant with a protected professional title
• can handle a smartphone as a work tool
• masters Swedish in speech and writing.

We consider it an advantage if you have

• previous experience in elderly care, preferably in home care
• can cycle
• have a B driver's license.

As a person, you have good judgment, are easy to collaborate with others, and can adapt to changing circumstances. You are meticulous and well aware of goals and quality standards. One of your strengths is your ability to listen and be receptive to the other party. You are someone who enjoys taking initiative.

We are growing rapidly and need staff. The position is a temporary part-time job, and the working hours are during the day, evening, and weekends. To achieve good personnel continuity for our customers, we prefer that you work at least three shifts per week. We conduct interviews on an ongoing basis and look forward to reading your application as soon as possible, but no later than February 4, 2026.
