The Assignment

We are now looking for experienced industrial profiles in Katrineholm and surrounding areas for client companies in the manufacturing industry. The assignments require documented experience and are not suitable for junior candidates or long training periods.

The recruitment concerns several assignments with different industrial clients within the manufacturing industry. Placement and focus will be matched based on the candidate's experience and skills.

Roles

CNC Operator – Milling & Turning

Responsibilities:

• Independent operation of CNC milling and/or CNC turning machines

• Setup, adjustment, and calibration of tools and fixtures

• Machining in small to medium series

• Working from drawings, CAM data, and work preparation

• Performing self-inspections and quality measurements

Requirements:

• Several years of documented experience as a CNC operator in milling and/or turning

• Very good understanding of tolerances, cutting data, and materials

• Ability to quickly understand new details and operate independently

Welder

Responsibilities:

• Manual welding of components in steel and stainless steel

• Working from drawings and technical documents

• Manufacturing in small and medium series

Requirements:

• Documented experience in industrial welding

• Good knowledge of clamping, measurement techniques, and reading technical drawings

• Good experience in reading drawings

Assembler

Responsibilities:

• Mechanical final assembly according to drawings and instructions

• Adjustment, adaptation, and functional checks

• Collaboration with production and quality

Requirements:

• Several years of experience in mechanical assembly

• Very good understanding of technical drawings

• Independent, solution-oriented, and quality-conscious

Measurement Technician

Responsibilities:

• Measurement and quality assurance of produced parts

• Working with CMM and manual measuring tools

• Documentation and handling of deviations

Requirements:

• Experience in industrial measurement technology

• Familiarity with tolerance assessment and technical drawings

• Ability to work independently with minimal introduction

• Relevant and documented experience in the current role

• Quick learner with the ability to quickly grasp new tasks

• Strong technical interest and commitment to industrial work

• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written

• Responsible with a strong work ethic

• Reliable and meticulous with a focus on quality and safety
