Your workplace will be either in Haninge municipality or Nynäshamn municipality, as the company operates in both municipalities.

Job Description

As a nursing assistant/care assistant within home care, you provide good care and social support. Your tasks involve supporting the customer in daily life to meet their functional ability to receive help with social contacts and well-being. As a nursing assistant/care assistant, you will also participate in care planning as a contact person. An important part of the job is to document and register the customer's assistance measures in a safe and secure manner to ensure that the customer receives their approved help according to the assistance decision.
