We are growing and are now looking for new colleagues in Vaxholm/Åkersberga starting from May 1, 2025. Part-time positions during weekends are also available.

Klara Team is the workplace for you who are confident in your role to work freely and independently to perform medical assessments with the support of colleagues and our on-call physician organizations.

What does it mean to be a nurse with us?

Shifts are scheduled from 16:00 to 02:00 with on-call duty until 08:00, as well as daytime shifts on weekends from 08:00 to 16:00. You will work on a fixed schedule with weekend duties every 3rd weekend.

You will work from home and be responsible for health and medical care at several care and nursing homes. You will perform planned and urgent visits and provide telephone advice to the staff at the homes. We work with evidence-based decision support.

You are a support for both patients, relatives, and staff.

We provide a company vehicle.

Who are you?

• You live in Vaxholm or Åkersberga and surrounding areas.

• You enjoy working independently and having the freedom to shape your workdays.

• You are confident in your role as a nurse with at least 3 years of experience and can make quick decisions.

• You take initiative, dare to take charge, and can juggle multiple tasks.

• You have a friendly demeanor.

• You enjoy taking a leadership role and supporting your colleagues.

• You are used to structuring and organizing your work.

• You want to make a difference for our elderly and are always friendly in your approach.

• You are a good driver.

• You are comfortable working with various journal systems.

A driver's license and computer skills are required, as well as the ability to express yourself very well in Swedish, both spoken and written.

Specialist training or experience in emergency care, home healthcare, palliative care, and geriatrics is an advantage.
