At WeMind, we work for mental health – for real. We are now looking for several licensed nurses who want to work extra hours in our on-call unit in Liljeholmen, focusing on evenings and weekends.

This is the job for you who enjoys independence, variety, and meaningful conversations and who wants to be a reassuring voice when others need it the most.

As an on-call nurse with us, you work independently but never alone. You provide psychiatric advice and make assessments via phone and video in a well-structured on-call service.

You meet patients in acute or urgent situations, make professional assessments, and coordinate care interventions in close dialogue with the backup team.

•    No physical patient visits during on-call hours

•    Home visits may occur upon decision by the backup team

•    Always access to support, even when you work alone

• Are a licensed nurse (requirement)

• Preferably have experience in psychiatry (specialist training is an advantage)

• Are confident in conversations related to crisis, anxiety, and suicide risk

• Enjoy working independently and making decisions

• Have a valid driver's license (requirement)

• Have experience with TeleQ and TakeCare (requirement)
