The Assignment

We offer you a varied and responsible job with great opportunities to influence your work. In your new role, you will also be able to drive the development of the organization forward. Your tasks will include receiving specialist referrals in Endodontics from both Folktandvården and private dental care providers. You will also participate in multifactorial rounds and support in mentoring. The clinic conducts training for ST dentists, niche, and credentialing dentists. Additionally, we contribute to the further development of our colleagues in general dentistry.

At the Endodontics clinic, a positive team of 20 people works together, supporting each other through thick and thin. We aim to maintain a sustainable and pleasant working environment. Our colleagues are highly engaged and motivated to care for all our patients, who often have challenging dental issues. We focus on high quality and excellent service.

Your Background

We are looking for you who are a specialist dentist in Endodontics, preferably with a few years of experience. You want to develop yourself and also help others grow. You have a high level of empathy and a desire to support and guide during consultations from your colleagues and mentees. You have excellent communication skills in the Swedish language, both spoken and written.

As a person, you are dedicated and positive even in tough situations while establishing credibility, trust, and influence with our patients. You develop effective, sensible, and feasible solutions to problems and learn from experiences and feedback from your surroundings. We place great importance on your personal qualities.

Employment

We welcome your application by February 2, 2026. We offer a permanent position full-time or part-time with start date as agreed. The employment includes assignments within selection activities and clinical work. A probationary period may occur, and the start date will be agreed upon. Selection is ongoing.
