Description

Are you someone who enjoys tinkering, fixing, and takes pride in what you accomplish? Do you have a strong work ethic and do not hesitate to roll up your sleeves when needed? Then you might be exactly who we are looking for! We are now seeking a new colleague for our assembly team.

You don’t need to have all the knowledge from the start – the most important thing is that you are curious, eager to learn, and enjoy working with others.

Responsibilities

The position involves assembling our superstructures, primarily refuse truck units with associated equipment on various truck chassis.

We work in smaller teams where everyone helps each other and takes responsibility. We believe that a positive attitude goes a long way – therefore, we are looking for someone who likes to take initiative, is flexible, and is not afraid to get their hands dirty. In return, you will have a varied and free job where you can use both your mind and hands – and no day is the same as the other.

Qualifications

Do you have a background in vehicles or industry? Great! Perhaps you have worked for a few years in assembly, tinkered with vehicles, or been involved in the industry in some way – that’s a big plus. Do you also have knowledge of hydraulics or vehicle electronics? Even better!

If you have a truck driving license or training for forklifts and cranes, that’s also an extra plus. But the most important thing for us is that you are curious, want to learn, and enjoy working practically.

We offer a fixed-term employment with the possibility of permanent employment. JOAB has a collective agreement, Teknikavtalet IF Metall.
