We are looking for an experienced process leader/facilitator who wants to contribute to accelerating the green transition within the industry. In this assignment, you will plan, conduct, and follow up on a series of workshops with industrial companies, focusing on industrial symbiosis – where actors collaborate to optimize resource use, reduce waste, and create mutual benefits.

You will work closely with a project team and lead a structured process that engages participants and clarifies the potential in waste flows, needs, and possible collaboration areas.

• Co-plan workshop structure, goals, and execution in close dialogue with project management.
• Facilitate and operationally conduct 3–5 physical workshops with industrial companies.
• Create conditions for structured discussions about waste flows, needs, and symbiosis opportunities among participating companies.
• Apply a well-established and documented methodology for facilitating collaboration and innovation processes between companies.
• Provide feedback on results to project management verbally and through written summaries with overarching insights and identified symbiosis potentials.

• 5–10 years of documented experience in implementing and developing industrial symbiosis in a municipal or regional context.
• Relevant expertise in industrial symbiosis.
• Relevant expertise in circular economy.
• Relevant expertise in circular strategies and business models.
• Relevant expertise in resource efficiency.
• Experience in project management.
• At least MSc educational level (engineering or sustainability).
• Ability to lead workshops, mobilize stakeholders, and create structures for co-creation.

• Experience in mission-oriented or systems-oriented innovation processes.
• Experience in cross-sector collaboration (public sector, businesses, civil society).
