DEKRA Quality Management is currently seeking a Project Manager for their headquarters in Västerås. The role involves responsibility for coordination and operational support in a project that is in development and suits you who thrive in a business-close role with many points of contact.

About the role

As a Project Manager, you will work closely with the business in an ongoing assignment where structure, collaboration, and clear communication are important prerequisites. You have a coordinating function and work in close dialogue with internal functions and local workshops.

The work involves ongoing coordination of matters via email, phone, and Teams. You handle changes in planning and information flows and serve as an internal contact point in the daily work. The operational customer dialogue mainly takes place on-site through the technicians.

The assignment is in a development phase, which means that working methods and routines are gradually being shaped. The role suits you who are comfortable with change and contribute to structure and order in operational work.

Your profile

We are looking for someone with experience in a coordinating role and who is used to handling multiple parallel tasks. You preferably have a background in the automotive industry or a related field and a good understanding of how operational flows work.

As a person, you are structured, self-driven, and solution-oriented. You take responsibility, work methodically, and collaborate well with different functions. Previous experience in team leadership or coordinating responsibilities is an advantage, but not a requirement.
