Job Description

You will primarily work in home healthcare.

For work in home healthcare, you must be able to manage/administer medications and perform other health and medical tasks as delegated. You will make medical assessments of patients in their homes.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a nursing assistant with experience in home healthcare. You should have the experience and competence to make your own clinical assessments at patients' homes. You are meticulous and efficient, take initiative, and have a positive attitude. We place great emphasis on responsibility, communication, and collaboration skills.

The healthcare center uses the Take Care journal system, and we would like you to be able to manage this system.

The Täby Centrum Health Center is located in the heart of Täby Centrum. In March, we moved into new premises in the mall together with Mama mia and BVC. We have specialist doctors in general medicine, training doctors, junior doctors, district nurses, nurses, psychotherapists, and nursing assistants. The clinic has over 7000 registered patients. Our common goal is to offer good and close care to all patients with commitment, empathy, and competence and to be a pleasant workplace for all our wonderful employees.
