About the role

As a Traffic Coordinator with us, you will be a key person in the daily work of planning, coordinating, and ensuring efficient and timely transports with a high level of service. You will work closely with both customers and drivers and play an important role in creating smart and sustainable logistics solutions.

Your main responsibilities:

• Prepare price proposals and customize transports according to customer needs
• Plan and optimize transport flows so that bookings are picked up and delivered as agreed
• Maintain ongoing contact with customers and carriers throughout the chain
• Handle daily deviations and find solutions in a dynamic operational environment
• Support our vehicle manager with damage management, repairs, and vehicle follow-up

Who are you?

You are a solution-oriented person who thrives in a fast-paced environment and finds it easy to make decisions. You are proactive, structured, and have a good ability to collaborate – while also being able to work independently with freedom under responsibility.

We hope you have:

• Experience from the transport or logistics industry (e.g., as a traffic coordinator, freight forwarder, order receiver, or driver)
• Very good computer skills and ease of working in business systems and the Office suite
• Good communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Flexibility, humility, and always ready to provide high service
• Good local knowledge and preferably vehicle knowledge – C/CE license is a strong merit
