In the position of nursing assistant, you work with care and support based on the client's wishes, in accordance with assistance decisions and always with a strong focus on quality. You will assist with personal hygiene, meal preparation and serving, responding to alarms, and providing social interaction. Social interaction is an important part of our work to ensure everyone can live life to the fullest. This can involve chatting, playing games, going on outings, or coming up with fun activities together. You will also work with delegated tasks from licensed personnel, including medication administration and training.

Job Description

We are currently looking for several part-time colleagues for evening shifts. The positions are scheduled for evenings and are approximately 64%.

To be considered for the position, you need:

• A certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare as a nursing assistant
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language in both speech and writing
• A valid driver's license and the ability to cycle

We also consider previous experience in home care as a merit.

To thrive in the position, you are engaged and care about your fellow human beings while being good at building good relationships and being service-oriented. We work in teams as well as independently, so it is important that you are comfortable in that environment.

Before we offer employment, you will need to show an unopened extract from the police criminal record. We also require a valid Swedish work permit, such as a passport or approved work permit from the Migration Agency.
