Your Mission

As store staff, you will have a lot of contact with our guests.

In addition to regular store work such as manning the cash register, restocking goods, and keeping the store clean and tidy, we would also like you to suggest activities and excursion destinations. You will also learn the booking system to be able to book guests, etc. Together with the other staff, general maintenance of the area is also included.

Working hours are day/evening, weekdays, and weekends. Scheduled working hours during the period 2026-06-06 - 2026-08-30. Introduction will take place at earlier occasions.

Workplace Description

Stenö Havsbad and Camping is a picturesque destination by the sea, where we offer camping sites, cabins, and a warm atmosphere for our guests. We strive to provide our visitors with a memorable experience, and we are now looking for an engaged receptionist who can help us achieve this goal. Stenö Havsbad and Camping is not only a place for guests from Sweden and other parts of Europe but also an important recreational area for many local residents. The campsite accommodates about 200 sites, 14 rental cabins, 5 service buildings, reception, conference, shop, guest harbor, padel courts, adventure golf, activity point, etc. The beach consists of a large sandy beach, swimming and boat docks, volleyball courts, and barbecue areas. Within the area, there is also a food and stage area with a food truck operated by an external caterer.

Your Competence

You have a knack for communicating in both spoken and written form, possess good knowledge of Swedish and English, and it is an advantage if you have additional language skills. As store staff, you need to be stable and self-sufficient while being flexible and able to quickly adapt to changing needs and conditions. You can maintain your composure, are accommodating in your approach, and uphold a high level of service even when the work pace is high, which it can be at times in this role. For us, good teamwork is essential as we help each other within the unit to provide our customers with the best service. We are looking for someone who has at least completed high school or has other education or experience that the employer deems equivalent. Experience with cash handling is an advantage. A driver's license is desirable. Ongoing selection will take place during the recruitment process.
