We are part of the ideologically driven Bräcke diakoni and our overall mission in Linköping City South. We are now looking for a nursing assistant for a permanent position, where you will receive a secure start and a daily routine filled with personal interactions.

Your Role

As a nursing assistant in home care, you will provide services at the assisted living facility Ramstorp and in regular housing in the local areas of Berga/Ramshäll. The work in the home is varied, including personal care, housing services, and documentation in journals. Part of the job also involves encouraging health-promoting activities, where we offer chair gymnastics, bingo, board games, boules, and musical entertainment. You will perform delegated tasks with the support of a nurse and participate in joint planning.

Who We Are Looking For

To thrive with us, we believe you are someone who easily adapts to new routines in independent work and together with others. In the customer's home, you are attentive to the needs present and take the initiative for activities and problem-solving in everyday life.

Qualifications

• You are a trained nursing assistant with a protected title
• You are at least 18 years old
• You can ride a bike
• You have passed Swedish 1 or Swedish as a second language 1 at the high school level. Mastery of the Swedish language in speaking, writing, and reading comprehension is a requirement.
• Experience in care and nursing, from work or internships, is a merit. Especially within home care.
