Akkodis is looking for consultants – Electrical Engineer in Low Voltage Switchgear & Control Cabinet Design

Do you want to work with advanced electrical designs in technology-intensive industrial projects? Akkodis is now seeking experienced electrical engineers for consulting assignments focusing on the design of low voltage switchgear and control cabinets for leading industrial companies in the Mälardalen region.

About the Assignments

As a consultant in electrical design, you will work with the entire chain from requirements specification to finished solution. Examples of tasks include:

Design and construction of low voltage switchgear
Design of control cabinets and control panels for industrial applications
Development of electrical diagrams, circuit diagrams, and layouts
Component selection and technical specifications
Collaboration with project managers, automation, mechanics, and production
Review of drawings and support during FAT/SAT and commissioning
Ensuring that designs meet applicable standards and customer requirements

We are looking for someone who has

Engineering degree in electrical engineering or equivalent
Experience in electrical design for low voltage systems
Practical experience in designing switchgear, control cabinets, or control panels
Good knowledge of EPLAN, Elmaster, AutoCAD Electrical, or similar tools
Understanding of relevant standards (IEC, EN, SS)
Structured working method and good collaboration skills
Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Experience from energy, industry, process, or infrastructure projects is a merit.
