Cable Assembler at W5 Solutions Productions – Solna

Do you have experience working with cabling and are looking for a role in a technology-intensive and socially important business? W5 Solutions Productions in Solna is now seeking a meticulous and quality-conscious cable assembler to join our growing team.

About the position

As a cable assembler with us, you will work on the assembly of cabling and cable harnesses for advanced system solutions used in, among other things, the defense industry. The work is varied and is carried out according to drawings, wiring diagrams, and production documentation. You will work both independently and as part of a team in a carefully controlled production environment.

Responsibilities

• Assembly and processing of cabling and cable systems
• Stripping, crimping, marking, heat shrinking, and cable routing
• Assembly of connectors, pins, sleeves, and shielded cables
• Visual inspection and quality assurance according to established instructions
• Ongoing documentation and work according to IPC/WHMA-A-620 standards

Your profile

• Several years of experience in cable assembly or precision mechanical assembly
• Ability to read drawings, wiring diagrams, and instructions
• Meticulous, structured, and quality-conscious
• Good communication skills and willingness to collaborate
• Swedish language proficiency in both spoken and written form

Meritorious

• Certification according to IPC/WHMA-A-620
• Experience from the defense, aerospace, or automotive industry
• Soldering experience and knowledge of ESD safety
• Experience with customized or customer-specific cabling
