Your Role

We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in technology who wants to drive improvement work. As a production engineer, you will play a central role in our production operations. You will be an important part of the daily work and have a great opportunity to influence both processes and results. Here, you will work in a technologically advanced environment with a focus on quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Working with deviation management, where you analyze and address deviations together with other functions.
• Creating and maintaining work instructions to ensure clear and updated guidelines for assembly.
• Working with preparation and routing in the production process.
• Supporting manufacturing and providing technical support to operators and production staff.
• Driving method and process development to improve efficiency, quality, and working environment.
• Being a support in manufacturability issues, collaborating with development teams to optimize design from a production engineering perspective.
• Conducting purchases of equipment and machines.
• Creating change requests on current product documentation.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in technology who thrives in a practical, production-oriented role. To succeed in this role, we see that you are flexible and can adapt to changing conditions in the work. You remain calm even in pressured situations and have a curious and problem-solving attitude that allows you to find improvement opportunities. You are social and enjoy collaborating with colleagues from different parts of the organization, while also having the patience to work methodically when needed. With your natural drive, you take initiative and ensure that things get done, always with a focus on quality and results.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Relevant academic education and/or several years of work experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in the manufacturing industry or a similar role.
• The ability to work independently and in a team.
• Thrives in a varied work environment that requires flexibility.
• Speaks and writes fluently in Swedish and English.

We consider it a plus if you have experience in:

• Technical work within production characterized by low volume, high product mix, and high product complexity.
• Cable manufacturing, electrical assembly, and/or mechanical assembly as well as circuit board manufacturing.
• IPC-610, IPC-620
• The business system IFS
