Workshop Employee – Sheet Metal

We are currently seeking experienced workshop employees in sheet metal, industry, and production. Our client specializes in sheet metal and metal works, particularly ceilings and facades, with a strong focus on design, functionality, and custom solutions.

This is a position with a varied and practical role where you will work with sawing, bending, and assembly in close collaboration with colleagues. The workplace is located in Tyresö.

Responsibilities

• Setting up, monitoring, and operating CNC machines
• Bending sheet metal
• Assembly using various techniques such as riveting, screwing, and pop riveting
• Handling hand tools and measuring tools
• Packaging on pallets for national and international transport
• Working according to production drawings and work orders in our business system Monitor ERP
• Collaborating with colleagues in production to ensure high quality and delivery precision

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has:

• Industry experience and background in similar work
• Basic reading of drawings and understanding of measurements
• Forklift license (required)
• Swedish language skills, both spoken and written
• Experience with hand tools, measuring tools, and assembly techniques
• Ability to work both independently and in a team

Meritorious:

• Welding skills
• Experience working from production drawings
• Familiarity with using Monitor ERP or similar business systems
