Electrical Assembler for the Defense Industry

Do you want to work with cutting-edge technology and contribute to a safer society? Our client in the defense industry is now looking for several assemblers for the unit that works with electrical assembly for marine and airborne systems.

About the Job as an Electrical Assembler

You will work in modern facilities in Järfälla, in a team with mixed levels of experience and high competence. Here you will find both long experience and curious junior talent – and a welcoming culture where everyone helps each other and new staff quickly get into the work.

You will be an important part of the work of assembling, among other things:

• Switches
• Cables
• Hubs
• Printed circuit boards
• Electrical cabinets and boxes

You will work from drawing documents, wiring diagrams, and instructions at your own workstation. The work is meticulous, varied, and requires an understanding of quality. You will always have a mentor during your introduction and will be trained in an environment where quality always comes before speed.

There are different workgroups: one more focused on cable manufacturing (with daily crimping and soldering), and one more focused on installation and assembly. Your profile will determine which path suits you best.

Requirements for the Position

• High school education in technology/electrical or equivalent experience
• Soldering certificate (51:15 G)
• Experience working from technical drawings, electrical drawings, or wiring diagrams
• Experience in assembly, preferably within electronics or electrical
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

Meritorious

• Experience in crimping and/or soldering
• Experience from work within the defense, aviation, or automotive industry
• Knowledge of quality requirements in regulated manufacturing
