Care Coordinator at Örebro University Hospital
Job ResponsibilitiesThe main task is to have overall control over the bed situation and workload throughout the hospital. As a care coordinator, you keep track of where the patient is and work to ensure that patient flow occurs smoothly and safely. You are responsible for allocating beds according to the patient's specific needs so that adequate and safe care can be provided.
As a care coordinator, you will work closely with the wards, emergency department, responsible doctors, bed managers, and those in Lindesberg and Karlskoga. You will be part of a team of five care coordinators.

QualificationsLicensed nurse. We prefer that you have several years of experience as a nurse and have good knowledge of our organization. We will place great emphasis on personal qualities.
You are resilient, have a good ability to collaborate with others, the ability to see opportunities and find solutions, have a humble but firm approach to problem-solving, and the ability to listen to others' opinions before making decisions.
