We are looking for a dedicated and responsible property caretaker for our well-maintained central properties in Trelleborg. In this role, you will be responsible, together with a colleague, for the daily operations and maintenance of our properties, ensuring they are kept in good condition for tenants and visitors. As a property caretaker, you are the company's face to the outside world and play an important role in facilitating our tenants' everyday lives.

As a person, you enjoy having responsibility, both for the maintenance and condition of the properties, as well as for tenant satisfaction. You recognize the value of planning your work, both independently and with colleagues. This role involves a lot of contact with our tenants, so you should have previous experience in customer service.

Responsibilities

• Ongoing supervision and maintenance of properties

• Simple repairs and maintenance (additional knowledge in construction/painting/plumbing etc. is a plus)

• Contact with tenants and contractors

• Reporting and addressing issues

• Maintenance of outdoor environments as needed

Qualifications

• Experience in property maintenance or similar work

• A valid driver's license (B) is required

• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

• Basic technical understanding

• Service-oriented, self-motivated, and solution-focused

• You should reside in Trelleborg or nearby
