The operations include financial and technical management as well as property services. We are now looking for a technician for our operations in Jönköping.

Make a difference with us

As a technician, you will primarily work independently or in a team to carry out regular maintenance, repairs after fault reports, and maintenance projects. In addition to fault reports, residents and customers order smaller services of various kinds, such as repair assignments in homes and premises. Ongoing contact with residents, customers, and contractors is an essential part of the job. You will also handle the procurement of consumables and care for your own work equipment. The position may also include tasks as a property manager.

The technician position is a varied and independent job with your own responsibility. Your daily work includes, among other things:

• Regular maintenance after fault reports
• Troubleshooting
• Repairs and maintenance in electrical, construction, plumbing, and minor ventilation work
• Managing daily customer contacts
• Status checks

You will work on your mobile phone or computer to receive and report your work. You will work both independently and with your colleagues, and you are expected to solve the challenges you face in your work on your own. You will plan your workday together with your colleagues and your group manager.

We want you to be a team player who supports your colleagues. You should have a positive attitude towards your work, our customers, and your coworkers. It is also important that you are service-oriented, quality-conscious, and can organize your work effectively.

You have a high school education and/or vocational training focused on property management or equivalent competence acquired in another way and have experience in similar work. You also have several years of experience in carpentry work.

As computers and mobile phones are a natural part of the work for all employees at Riksbyggen, we prefer that you have some computer skills and can handle a computer in your job. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills through internal training.

The position is a permanent employment with placement in Jönköping, but work in other locations within the market area may occur. A B driver's license is required for the position.
