The position is full-time and currently according to the local agreement, 30 hours a week. Start date by agreement.

Job Responsibilities

• Support users in daily life through personal care, assistance during meals, laundry, medication management, and transfers.
• Be an important link between different care providers and relatives.
• Together with colleagues, take responsibility for the interventions that need to be made.
• Make independent decisions.
• Work independently and in a team.
• Collaborate with other professional categories and relatives.

The position involves shifts during the day, evening, and weekends.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Certified nursing assistant with proof from the National Board of Health and Welfare.
• Driver's license (B).
• Good proficiency in the Swedish language, both spoken and written.

Meritorious:

• Experience in home care and home health care.
• Experience working in special housing.
• Experience in dementia care.
• Good computer skills; experience with the documentation system Viva, planning system Intraphone, and the quality register BPSD.
• Experience from work or education in rehabilitation and transfer knowledge.

Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.
