About the job

We are currently looking for care staff to replace regular staffing during the summer period.

Tibblehemmet has 86 apartments distributed across seven departments with a somatic focus and 13 short-term places in one department. The residence is located in Täby center and has easy access to transportation such as trains and buses.

Here we work in a team with nurses, care staff, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists. At Tibblehemmet, we offer a safe and dignified residence with professional care and warm support.

As care staff, nursing assistants, and caregivers, you will work with standard tasks within care and support, which may include personal care, participation in social interactions, and activities. We work based on individually tailored implementation plans focusing on case management and creating meaningful daily activities for our elderly residents. Medication management is done through delegation from a nurse. Working hours may include day, evening, weekend, or night shifts.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who:

• Has an interest in meeting and working with people. It is an advantage if you have care training or are studying social work. This could include being a teacher, social worker, psychologist, behavioral scientist, occupational therapist, physiotherapist, or nurse.
• You are a reliable and responsible person with an interest in elderly people.
• You are flexible in thought and action and have good collaboration skills.
• We place great importance on personal suitability and you must be able to communicate in Swedish both verbally and in writing.
• You must be at least 18 years old.
