The position is a scheduled part-time role. Working hours are from 9 AM to 7 PM, with shifts scheduled on Mondays, Tuesdays, and one weekend a month.

As a personal assistant, you will support the woman in her daily life based on her needs and wishes. The work includes personal care, assistance with household chores, and other everyday tasks. The woman describes how, when, and in what way she wants her support, which makes being attentive and respectful of her autonomy especially important.

The woman lives on a farm in Marks municipality with animals around her, which means you need to have a driver's license and access to your own car to get to the workplace. It is also important that you are comfortable with and tolerant of both furry pets and birds.

We are looking for someone who is engaged, respectful, and attentive. We would like you to have great patience and the ability to be personal while acting professionally.

Employment type: As long as the assistance assignment lasts

Extent: Part-time

Working hours: 9 AM - 7 PM. Scheduled 1-2 shifts per week (on Mondays and/or Tuesdays) and one weekend a month.

Start date: Immediately

We apply individual salary setting and have a collective agreement. Interviews are conducted continuously, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

Before a potential employment, you must be able to prove that you have the right to work in Sweden by showing that you have citizenship within the EU/EES or a valid work permit.
