Haninge Bostäder AB is a public housing company in Haninge municipality. We have 35 employees managing approximately 2,500 apartments and a smaller number of commercial premises. Our properties are distributed throughout the municipality, both on the mainland and on archipelago islands. Our ambition is for our tenants to feel that we are here for them, thus experiencing comfort and security with us as their landlord.

ABOUT THE POSITION

We are now looking for a seasonal gardener to join our outdoor environment team. As a gardener, you will work for 6 months during the summer season (May-October) taking care of our outdoor environment, watering, planting, and weeding. We want you to be able to work the entire period. You will ensure that our areas are intact, clean, and tidy, which includes litter picking as part of your duties. You will belong to the outdoor environment group along with area hosts and gardeners. The group is part of the Management Unit, which also includes repairmen and painters.

The position places high demands on your personal qualities. As a person, you are structured and have a very good ability to create relationships both internally and externally. You want to work for biodiversity and focus on safety and comfort. You enjoy performing varied tasks and working outdoors regardless of the weather. The position requires good physical fitness as some tasks may be physically demanding.

There is often a lot happening with us, so it is important that you are structured and have the ability to prioritize.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

As a Gardener, you are responsible for ensuring that our outdoor environment is well-maintained, intact, clean, and tidy.

Since we are a small property company, other tasks may also occur.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO HAVE

· A valid driver's license (B)

· Documented experience in outdoor environments

· Good administrative skills and a structured working method

· A positive, creative, and solution-oriented attitude that contributes to good collaboration within the company.

· Proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.

MERITORIOUS

· Formal green space education

· Training and experience in the use of chainsaws, brush cutters, and aerial lifts.

· Other professional certifications

· Knowledge of playground equipment
