ReGarden is looking for gardeners for our operations in Söderort.

Job Description

As a gardener at ReGarden, you will work in teams of 2-3 people with assignments for private customers. The tasks include:

• Hedge trimming and weed removal
• Tree pruning
• General garden maintenance and cleanup
• Customer contact and work according to given routines

The job involves moving between different workplaces during the week and requires both commitment, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate in a team.

Important about the job

The job involves 8 hours of physical work every weekday and therefore requires that you:

• have stable attendance and function in a structured daily routine with fixed hours
• take responsibility for both your work and the team's delivery
• care about the quality of the work and want to deliver a good final result for the customer

This is not a part-time job and does not suit those looking for something temporary or irregular.

Requirements

We are looking for someone who

• Has good physical ability and can handle full-time work with practical tasks
• Is service-oriented and professional in customer contact
• Is punctual, reliable, and works well in a team
• Has a B driver's license
• Masters Swedish in speech and writing

Meritorious

• Education or experience in gardening
• Experience or education in tree pruning, especially of fruit trees
• Chainsaw certificate A or AB
• Driver's license - B96 or BE
