ReGarden is looking for experienced gardeners for our operations in Söderort.

This is a role for those who know the trade, take responsibility for their work, and enjoy delivering quality – every day.

As a senior gardener, you are a key part of the production and contribute to the daily operations, both towards customers and colleagues.

Job Description

As a senior gardener, you will perform tasks such as:

• Hedge trimming, weed removal, and general garden maintenance
• Tree pruning and rejuvenation work, especially for fruit trees
• Planting and renewal of gardens
• Customer contact and work according to given priorities and routines

Depending on the assignment, you will work either:

• in a team, where you can take greater responsibility for planning and execution, or
• independently with contract customers, where you are responsible for ongoing maintenance and development of customers' gardens throughout the season.

The job involves 8 hours of physical work every weekday and requires good structure, professional skills, and a sense of responsibility.

Requirements

• Have at least 2 years of documented experience in garden maintenance
• Have experience or training in tree pruning, especially for fruit trees
• Have a chainsaw certificate A or AB
• Have a B driver's license
• Have good physical ability and be comfortable working at heights
• Be willing to take responsibility and develop in the role

Meritorious

• Experience in leading or mentoring others in the work
• Experience with contract customers and recurring maintenance
• Additional chainsaw certificates or special skills
