ReGarden is looking for gardeners for our operations in Norrort.

Job Description

As a gardener at ReGarden, you will work in teams of 2-3 people on assignments for private customers. The tasks include:

• Hedge trimming and weeding
• Tree pruning
• General garden maintenance and cleanup
• Customer contact and work according to given routines

The job involves moving between different workplaces during the week and requires both commitment, attention to detail, and ability to collaborate in a team.

Important about the job

The job involves 8 hours of physical work every weekday and therefore requires that you:

• have stable attendance and function in a structured everyday life with fixed hours
• take responsibility for both your work and the team's delivery
• care about the quality of the execution and want to deliver a good final result for the customer

This is not a part-time job and does not suit you if you are looking for something temporary or irregular.

Requirements

We are looking for someone who

• Has good physical ability and can handle a full-time job with practical tasks
• Is service-oriented and professional in customer contact
• Is punctual, reliable, and works well in a team
• Has a B driver's license
• Masters Swedish in speech and writing

Meritorious

• Education or experience in gardening
• Experience or education in tree pruning, especially of fruit trees
• Chainsaw certificate A or AB
• Driver's license - B96 or BE
