Description

We are looking for a food-loving, service-oriented, and self-sufficient kitchen assistant for the food unit in Mora. Recruitment is ongoing.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of raw food, serving, dishwashing, and cleaning.
• Plan and prepare daily production according to the established menu.
• Assist in meal production.
• You should also be able to work according to the established self-control program.

Qualifications

• Restaurant and food program or other experience deemed equivalent.
• Knowledge of special diets, food hygiene, and HACCP, or experiences deemed equivalent.
• Computer skills.
• You should be able to master the Swedish language in speech and writing and have a good approach towards colleagues and children.
• You should be able to take your own initiative, be meticulous, conscientious, service-oriented, and have good collaboration skills and be able to handle self-directed work.
