Personal Assistant Needed for Sports-Loving Man in Skellefteå

We are currently looking for a personal assistant for our sports-loving man in Skellefteå.

Your tasks will include assisting the client with personal care, hygiene, household chores, and much more that is part of everyday life, as well as creating a meaningful daily routine in his apartment and during activities. His main interest is watching sports in all forms, but SAIK is closest to his heart. He is in a wheelchair, almost blind, and has aphasia, which means you as an assistant will need to help the client with his communication.

We are looking for someone with a big heart who wants to work as a personal assistant. It would be great if you have your own interest in sports, are driven, motivating, and flexible.

We prefer that you have experience in personal assistance and understand what it means to work in someone's home or have other care experience, but this is not a requirement. Experience with visual support or sign communication is a plus. Proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written, is required.

Working hours: Currently, there is a small position available at 20%, consisting of 4 shifts from 16:00 to 08:00 per month, with the possibility to fill in as a substitute at other times.

To prove your right to work in Sweden, you need to present a Swedish passport/certificate of residence, residence card (EU), or residence and work permit/LMA card (outside EU).
