ABOUT THE POSITION

We at Inre Kraft are looking for someone who wants to work as a personal assistant at 65% for our client in Skellefteå. It is double assistance with the client, which means that two assistants work simultaneously at all times. We are also looking for someone who wants to work as a substitute when needed for this client.

The working hours are as follows:

• 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM

• 03:00 PM - 10:00 PM

• 10:00 PM - 07:00 AM (awake and overnight)

The start date will be agreed upon, and we would like to see you start the introduction immediately.

ABOUT THE CLIENT

The client is a man in his 30s. Our client needs your help as an assistant in his daily life as he has autism and epilepsy. The assistance tasks are of a supervisory and guiding nature.

The job responsibilities include:

• Support with daily routines, such as household chores

• Assisting/helping with personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, and during meals

• Medication, help, and guidance

The client uses communication aids.

REQUIREMENTS

• Very good knowledge of the Swedish language - both spoken and written

• Non-smoker

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience with autism

• Experience with low-arousal approaches

• Experience working in healthcare and social care

Employment rate: 65% + substitute.

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensations in accordance with collective agreements.
