Description
North Stockholm Psychiatry (NSP), part of the Stockholm County Healthcare Region (SLSO), is a university clinic with approximately 600 employees, of which about 55 are employed as psychologists in outpatient care.
The clinic consists of four sections and to best meet the needs of patients, we work both in outpatient and inpatient care according to diagnosis-specific care processes.
All clinics have a general psychiatric mission. Some clinics also have specific interventions/treatments that are unique to the clinic and to which other clinics can refer internally. In addition to psychiatric treatment, the clinic also conducts active research and education.
As a PTP psychologist, you will participate in both an SLSO-wide PTP program and a local one for NSP with more clinical application. We are now looking for 6 PTP psychologists to be placed within North Stockholm Psychiatry. As a PTP psychologist, you will work at one of our specialist psychiatric clinics located at Alviks Torg and S:t Eriksplan.
Responsibilities
Common to all positions is, under supervision, to conduct psychiatric and psychological assessment, investigation, and treatment work and gain broad experience of different types of patient work.
Qualifications
Degree in psychology with a focus on CBT.
Previous experience in adult psychiatric work and experience in neuropsychiatric investigations are meritorious.
We value the ability to work independently, in a structured manner, and good clinical judgment. Great emphasis is placed on collaboration skills, flexibility, and personal suitability.
Conditions
Fixed-term employment for one year starting in early September 2026.

- in addition to Swedish professional license, good knowledge of the Swedish language corresponding to level C1 according to the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR) is required. The same requirements are guiding for non-licensed personnel with patient contact.
