Does this description fit you?
We are looking for a licensed nurse who has experience and training in dementia care. As a person, you are responsible, independent, and humble with the ability to prioritize. You enjoy mentoring and delegating care tasks to nursing staff and are motivated to work with your colleagues to create high-quality care for those living with us.
In our facilities, you will have a varied job where you work long-term with health plans to increase the quality of life for residents, but you are also the one making assessments and decisions about actions in acute situations. Your responsibilities also include providing good palliative care; we work with NVP and palliative representatives. The transition to Close Care means that more and more specialized healthcare interventions take place in the facility. This gives you a variety of stimulating and developing tasks. The work is independent while you have colleagues to collaborate with.
As a nurse at Attendo, you are important, and your competence is highly valued. You are part of a team that works to empower individuals. You have a leadership role with great opportunities to influence the organization.
Our values are Care, Engagement, and Competence. Do you share them?
Warm welcome to your application!
What can we offer you?
Attendo is a secure employer that can offer you good opportunities to take on more responsibility or to move on to new roles. We offer our employees training opportunities, collective agreements, wellness benefits, and several other perks and employee discounts through our benefits portal AttendoPlus, in collaboration with Benifex.
About the recruitment process
Before any employment, a criminal record extract along with valid photo identification must be presented. If you are called for an interview, you need to be able to prove that you have the right to work in Sweden by showing that you have citizenship within the EU/EES or a valid work permit.
The application deadline is 26-02-15, but selection and interviews are ongoing, so do not wait to apply.
