Thanks to stable and positive development, we are now looking for a new colleague to join our team – a handy and solution-oriented Maintenance Technician. A role that is important for ensuring operational reliability and development in our production. Here’s why you should apply:

• High-quality production: We are a chain factory in Gunnebo, south of Västervik, with a long tradition of manufacturing reliable and innovative lifting and securing solutions. We have world-class products.
• Exciting work environment: The factory is equipped with advanced machines for wire drawing, annealing, welding, hardening, blasting, and calibration, etc. We work in the SAP business system and use Balthzar to measure utilization and availability in the machines. You will work both independently and in teams, with both short and long assignments.
• Varied tasks: As a maintenance technician, you will work on maintaining our machinery. You will have the opportunity to work with both corrective and preventive maintenance as well as machine renovations. You will participate in and secure the production process for future challenges. We use the maintenance system Maintmaster.
• Improvement work: Your role means that you actively support the continuous improvement work in the factory and have a good dialogue with your colleagues. You also contribute ideas and solutions that make our production even better.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with relevant education and/or have acquired equivalent competence through work experience in one or more of these areas: turning, milling, welding, hydraulics, or tribology.

Fluent Swedish is a requirement and good knowledge of English is desirable.

You are self-driven, confident, focused, and have good communication skills. You see both details and the big picture, and have an unpretentious approach.
