Do you want to be an important part of travelers' safe start to their journey? At Luleå Airport, you will find an exciting and dynamic work environment where you contribute every day to creating safety and security for travelers.

What does the role involve?

As an Airport Officer in security control, you will work with tasks such as:

  • Checking passengers and their luggage before departure

  • Conveying a sense of security and creating a pleasant start to the journey for travelers

We offer both summer positions at 100% and hourly employment as needed. The positions start with basic training in week 16, and compensation is provided throughout the training period. The hourly employment is ongoing, while the summer position runs from mid-June to the end of August 2026. For the right person, there are good opportunities for extension of employment after the summer. The position involves shift work, and since our airport is open almost all hours of the day, you need to be able to travel to and from the airport at irregular working hours, including weekends.

Who are you? We see that you have:

  • Good knowledge of Swedish and English

  • Normal color vision and hearing (after any aids and corrections)

Desirable qualifications:

  • Previous experience in service

As a person, you are meticulous, responsible, and thrive when the work pace is high. Furthermore, you are someone who takes initiative and has a good ability to solve problems. Since we always work in teams, it is essential that you have good collaboration skills.
