Floda Systemskylt develops and manufactures signage solutions for both indoor and outdoor environments. In our own factory, we produce both standard signage systems and custom signs, including tactile solutions for wayfinding and information.

By having the entire production under one roof, we work with clear flows from original to finished sign. Digital printing is a central part of our manufacturing and is carried out in close collaboration between several functions in the sign workshop. We work long-term with sustainable materials, stable processes, and high quality at every step.

We are in a stable growth phase and are now looking for an experienced printer who wants to take responsibility for our digital printing and the processes surrounding it.

About the role

In this role, you will be responsible for the printing department and our digital printing processes, but you will not work alone. Digital printing is an integrated part of the workshop's work, and several colleagues participate in the production.

Your responsibility is to ensure that flows, settings, and working methods function efficiently and consistently. You will work both practically in production and with structuring, improving, and supporting colleagues in printing-related tasks.

The work is planned and methodical, focusing on quality, color control, and functioning processes rather than high speed.

Examples of tasks:

• Responsibility for digital printing and associated workflows
• Preparation and control of print files in PitStop or equivalent software
• Ensuring correct flows from original to print and further in production
• Color control, color profiles, and calibration
• Quality assurance and development of printing processes
• Support and collaboration with other employees in the workshop

Who we are looking for

You have solid experience in the digital printing industry and are confident in both technology and working methods. You thrive in a role where you take responsibility for the whole, but do not need to do everything yourself.

You:

• Understand how printing processes affect the entire production
• Work in a structured and preventive manner rather than reactively
• Are used to sharing knowledge and creating functioning routines
• Have a calm and methodical working style even when multiple tasks are ongoing simultaneously

Experience with PitStop or similar prepress tools is important, as well as an understanding of color management and quality assurance.

Desirable experiences

• UV printing, solvent printing, or similar techniques
• Adobe Illustrator or equivalent
• Experience working in teams where multiple parts share printing-related tasks

Language

Swedish in speech and writing is a requirement.
