What do we offer?
The Graduate Engineer Program is designed to give you the best start to your career:
- A six-month program where you will get to know Scania's culture and strategies. The program includes factory visits, technical training, and many opportunities to build your network.
- Rotation within three different areas of production. Here you will use your technical and creative abilities to solve real challenges.
- Support and coaching throughout the program, including a personal development plan. A secure employment from day one where you will start in the position you were hired for in Södertälje or Oskarshamn (you indicate your location preference in your application).

Who are you?
We are looking for someone who:
- Has an engineering degree, bachelor's or master's, with graduation between summer 2024 and summer 2026.
- Has a maximum of 2 years of work experience in your field of study.
- Has very good knowledge of Swedish and English.
- Is curious and solution-oriented, with a strong interest in technology and sustainability.

Briefly about the process: Interviews will take place during weeks 9, 10, and 11. Final candidates will participate in our assessment days on March 24-26, 2026, where they will work in teams with a real business plan.
