Summer Temporary Positions at Meal Service in Varberg

About You

You are a positive person who is engaged and contributes to a good team spirit to create a pleasant work environment.

You take responsibility for your work and understand that you are part of an important whole.

It is highly meritorious if you have completed, or are currently undergoing, training in large-scale kitchens and restaurants or equivalent. Recent experience working in large-scale kitchens, restaurants, and/or cafes is also meritorious. Good knowledge of self-control and HACCP is desirable. It is also meritorious if you have experience with cash handling.

We are looking for someone who is interested in food and service and has the willingness to take responsibility and engage. You have a positive attitude and a good sense of humor, and you find it easy to communicate and collaborate. Furthermore, you are quick on your feet, flexible, and appreciate varied tasks. Heavy lifting occurs daily, so it is beneficial if you have good physical condition. To be considered for a summer job with us, you must be at least 18 years old. You need to be available for work every weekday during the entire period. Very good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written, is a requirement. Personal suitability will be given great importance.

You need to be available for work during the period of weeks 24-33. Introduction and training will take place before week 24.

Job Responsibilities

If you are a trained chef with several years of experience in large-scale kitchens, you will work in hot and cold kitchens as well as in diet kitchens. Work in dishwashing and at the table setting station may occur.

Work as a kitchen assistant includes dishwashing and tray setting as well as other tasks in large-scale kitchens; work in our lunch restaurant and in the café & shop may also occur.
