We are looking for a dedicated and service-oriented school caretaker who wants to contribute to making Litorina Folk High School a safe, well-functioning, and pleasant place for participants, staff, and visitors. You are an engaged person who enjoys working with people, likes when things happen, and is skilled at seeing solutions and development opportunities.

Your tasks are varied and cover several areas: Maintenance and upkeep of the school's buildings, facilities, and outdoor environment. Ongoing property maintenance – both planned and urgent, including repairs, painting, minor construction work, and supervision of inventory.

Collaboration with project managers, contractors, property managers, and operational staff. Working hours are daytime Monday to Friday.

You have training in operations/maintenance/property management or other education or experience that the employer deems equivalent. We prefer that you have a background as a craftsman. Knowledge in areas such as ventilation, electricity, plumbing, construction, painting, repairs, and IT is an advantage.

A driving license (B) is required.

The role of school caretaker with us is a varied role where your social skills, flexibility, and willingness to find solutions come into play. You thrive both when you work independently and when you collaborate with others; you have a structured approach with good practical and technical understanding. You are a person who enjoys meeting people and building good relationships in everyday life.

At Litorina, we work with interns, and it is advantageous if you have experience and, above all, the willingness to lead, educate, and instruct others.

We place great importance on personal qualities. The role can be adapted to the applicant's wishes. Employment level 50-100% by agreement.
