Operators and Forklift Drivers for Future Assignments in Olofström

About the Role

In these roles, you are an important part of the production operation. You work together with your colleagues in a team with shared responsibility for quality, safety, and ensuring deliveries are made according to plan. The tasks may vary depending on the needs of the assignment, which means we value flexibility regarding both tasks and shift patterns. Working hours are scheduled for 2-shift, with night shifts possibly occurring in some cases.

Formal Competence

To be considered for the position, we expect you to have:

• Driving license B and access to a car to reach the assignments

• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

• Approved high school grades in:

  • Mathematics A/1

  • Swedish/Swedish as a second language A/1

  • English A/5

  • Social Studies A/1

For forklift and overhead crane drivers, the following is also required:

• Forklift license TLP10 (not older than five years). A B driving license is also required to operate a forklift for the client

• Overhead crane license (not older than five years)

Meritorious

• Technical education

• Previous experience in production work

• Ability to work independently and take responsibility

• Initiative in a changing industrial environment

• Personal drive, commitment, and flexibility
