Emaljen AB is a family-owned property company founded in 1991, with a strong local presence in Ronneby. We are a small company with short decision-making paths and close collaboration among employees. Our operations include approximately 90 apartments and premises for around 50 business customers, such as shops, industry, offices, and warehouses.

About the position

As a property caretaker/carpenter with us, you will be responsible for both internal and external property maintenance. You will be part of a small team that manages daily operations and works both independently and collaboratively with colleagues.

The tasks are varied and may include:

• Construction and renovation work
• Garden maintenance
• Snow removal, including weekends
• Minor property repairs
• Customer contacts
• Material procurement
• Maintenance work
• On-call service

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Driver's license B

Preferred:

• Experience as a property caretaker or property worker
• High school education or vocational training focused on carpentry, property maintenance, or similar
• Experience from trades such as electrical and/or plumbing

Personal qualities

We are looking for someone who is service-oriented, responsible, and has a positive attitude. You enjoy teamwork but can also work independently and structure your work effectively. You are good at meeting customer needs and contribute with engagement and competence to the workgroup.
