The total rental area of the property portfolio is about 136,000 square meters, divided into 120,000 square meters of apartments and 16,000 square meters of commercial spaces. We have about 35 employees who are developing the business into a decentralized, customer-oriented, and environmentally friendly property management.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Outdoor environment where lawn mowing, grass trimming, hedge trimming, painting, and weeding are included.
• Indoor environment where cleaning of stairwells, recycling houses, and laundry rooms are included.
• You need to be able to work well in a team.
• Make independent assessments - you need to be able to see when, for example, a laundry room is clean or dirty and take action. The same applies to other tasks.
• The work is physical and most of it takes place outdoors.
• You need to take safety regulations seriously and follow them.
• Working hours are 7 AM to 4 PM.
• You must be at least 16 years old.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Driver's license category B.
• Driver's license category AM.
