Karlskronahem is growing and undergoing a generational shift in several parts of the organization. We are now looking for new colleagues in various areas who want to be part of taking the next step in our development.

As an Environmental Manager and Supervisor, you will work operationally with the maintenance and supervision of our environmental rooms to ensure good order, sorting, and accessibility.

You will be responsible for planning and executing work orders within service as well as simpler carpentry work within our residential areas.

An important part of the role is also to mentor interns and summer workers in daily tasks.

You will have many internal contacts and meet our tenants regarding issues related to environmental rooms and service measures.

You will report to the Head of Property Services.

We are looking for someone who is responsible, service-oriented, and enjoys independent and practical work. You find it easy to collaborate, are pedagogical in your approach, and enjoy supporting and mentoring others.

We expect you to have:

• Relevant work experience for the position

• Good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in Swedish

• Good social skills

• A valid driver's license (B)

The position is full-time, located in Karlskrona. Start date is according to agreement. The employment may begin with a probationary period.
