JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We provide rehabilitative home care services in individuals' homes to create conditions and opportunities to stay in their homes as long as this is a wish and a possibility. The services are provided to facilitate daily living and create a meaningful everyday life and a dignified life. Working in home care largely involves independent work, but it also requires a good ability to collaborate with colleagues and other professionals.

The work you will perform includes both approved social services and delegated home healthcare according to decisions based on the Social Services Act and the Health and Medical Services Act.

Our assignment includes daily use of various operational systems, and your primary work tool is your mobile phone.

The position also includes being a primary care contact, which means you have an extra responsibility to create safe care and support with attentiveness and close contact with the care recipient and their relatives.

We work with resource time, which means that at certain times you may assist colleagues in other home care groups.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with training as a nursing assistant. The work places high demands on good documentation, communication, and some technical skills in IT and mobile telephony, as well as good computer skills since we use various IT systems in our daily work.

We seek someone with a genuine interest in working with people. You have a good ability to see the whole picture while also being able to recognize each individual's circumstances and needs. You have "your heart in the right place," are responsible, attentive, unpretentious, and possess good self-awareness. You are flexible and can handle changes in planning, such as during urgent interventions, and you are a person who sees opportunities rather than obstacles.

You are well-versed in the Swedish language, both spoken and written.

Driver's license B is required.

Great emphasis is placed on previous experience in elderly care and personal suitability.

Due to new regulations regarding the Protected Professional Title for nursing assistants as of July 1, 2023, proof from the National Board of Health and Welfare is required to be employed as a nursing assistant.
