We are now looking for a new Stopover Night Crew member for our very first Stopover opening in Falkenberg.

Are you ready for a dynamic everyday life filled with varied challenges? At Stopover, we offer just that – no day is the same, and our goal is always to exceed guest expectations.

As part of the Stopover Floor Crew, you will be a key person in meeting our guests and an important part of the daily operations. You will work operationally with everything from check-ins and check-outs to ensuring that every guest feels welcome and well taken care of. Your focus will be on ensuring a smooth and positive experience for everyone who visits us.

To succeed and thrive in this role, you need to be fluent in both Swedish and English, in both spoken and written form. The position involves work during days, evenings, and weekends. As it is when working in a hotel. However, your schedule will primarily be at night, every other week, 7 nights in a row, with about 75-80% employment rate.

Your main tasks will include:

• Creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for every guest, where every interaction strengthens our brand.
• Managing check-ins, check-outs, bookings, and inquiries (via phone, email, and in person) efficiently to ensure a smooth guest journey.
• Providing service and information to our guests and ensuring their stay is as good as possible.
• Security work for our guests' safety.
• Collaborating closely with other departments in the hotel, which means your nights will also consist of a few hours of cleaning and a few hours of work in our restaurant - Viaggio.
• Integrating sustainability into our daily work and contributing to responsible actions.
