Två Skyttlar is looking for serving staff to join our awesome team in the restaurant.

The position is full-time.

About us: Två Skyttlar is located in Örby, Marks municipality, and is a privately owned family conference facility that has been operating since 1986. We love welcoming guests to our home and work with conference groups and private guests, weddings, parties, and events. Our facility has many different amenities including 60 hotel rooms, two different restaurants, and several conference rooms that can accommodate 100+ participants. There is also Sjölyckan – our brand new sauna and bathing concept located right by the shore of Öresjön. In our restaurant, we serve breakfast, lunch, coffee breaks, and dinner.

At Två Skyttlar, we work as a team and enjoy encouraging and supporting each other across the various departments, which include kitchen, restaurant, maintenance, cleaning, and reception. We have high occupancy for large parts of the year and are open almost year-round.

Qualifications: It is an advantage if you have previous experience in the restaurant or other service industry. We see that you have a strong interest in food and drink combined. You should see yourself as service-minded and responsible, flexible, and able to work both independently and in a team. In our team, we are passionate about development and new ideas where everyone contributes. We would like you to speak fluent Swedish and English. Additional languages are a plus.

You work to provide our guests with a fantastic overall experience “at home” with us.

We place great importance on personal qualities.

We are located in a rural area, and it is challenging to get here by public transport.

A driver's license and a car (or other vehicle) are necessary to work with us.

Working hours: Are scheduled for daytime/evening/weekends.

Start: March 1 or by agreement on another time
