We are now looking for summer substitutes at Gottfridsbergsgård in Linköping for the summer of 2026. You will receive introductory training with valuable knowledge about care and service.

About the role

Your task is to provide quality of life. You see each individual and have an ability to understand what each person needs. Thanks to you, those who live with us can maintain their lifestyle and habits. At the same time, you develop valuable knowledge about care, service, and aging.

As a nursing assistant/caregiver, you play a key role in a team with a nurse, occupational therapist, and physiotherapist who work closely together.

About Gottfridsbergsgård

Gottfridsbergsgård is centrally located in Linköping with proximity to green areas where we, together with the residents, can make excursions. It is also close to the library, the cathedral, or the city's shops. If the residents wish to sit outside, there is a nice outdoor area with a fountain, seating, and flower beds. We have 36 accommodation places distributed across 4 departments, three of which are aimed at people with dementia.

• Group managers: You have a manager close to you who spends part of their time working in the business. It can also be a career opportunity for you as a nursing assistant.

• Animals in care: Here we work with animals in care, and we have regular visits from therapy dogs.

Your experience and knowledge

We would like you to be a trained nursing assistant/caregiver or have equivalent experience in elderly care.

Good knowledge of the Swedish language in speech and writing is a requirement, but otherwise, your CV is not the most important. If you have the right qualities, we will provide you with support and the opportunity to grow.
