We are owned by our more than 23,000 members, and our mission is to create a good, sustainable living environment together. Our service offering is broad and includes newly produced condominiums, rental apartments, housing savings, and membership for condominium associations and individual members. We offer comprehensive property management, and among our clients are condominium associations, rental properties, commercial premises, and private property owners.

Are you a self-driven and motivated economic manager/accountant who wants to be part of our dedicated team during a temporary position? With us, you will have the opportunity to work with varied and developing tasks in a role with significant responsibility. You will be responsible for ensuring a quality-assured and positive experience for our clients, where you have overall responsibility for the accounting in several condominium associations.

Responsibilities and tasks

The role of a temporary economic manager is broad and independent. With the support of knowledgeable colleagues, you will be responsible for your own client base and drive collaboration forward. As an economic manager, your tasks will include ongoing accounting, year-end closing and annual reports, budgeting, financial follow-up, and analysis. You will also educate and onboard boards in finance and our digital tools. With us, you have the freedom to design delivery plans and optimize collaboration with your clients.

Requirements

To thrive and succeed in this role, you should have:

• post-secondary education in economics or similar
• experience in accounting
• good system skills, advantageous if you have worked in Agresso
• good knowledge of Excel
• very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

It is an advantage if you have previously worked with finance in condominium associations, or if you have experience in preparing budgets and year-end reports.
